Return and Refund Policy
At our store, we take pride in the quality of our global imports. To maintain our competitive pricing and international shipping model, we operate under a strict return policy.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived in a damaged condition.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. Reports made after this 72-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
How to Start a Claim
To initiate a claim, please email our support team with the following details:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the shipping label and the product received.
- In case of damage, a clear photo or short video highlighting the defect.
Refund Process
Once your claim is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team within the 3-day reporting window.
